Bridge Construction Updates

The City of Dayton's Division of Civil Engineering manages a variety of critical roadway improvement projects.  One key focus is the maintenance and replacement of the many bridges located throughout our community.  Over the past few years, new bridges have been constructed over Findlay Street and Washington Street.  Work has already begun on the Dayton Expressway Bridge and the Paul Laurence Dunbar Street Bridge. Other projects set to begin during 2008 include the Monument Avenue, Stewart Street, and Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Bridges.  Future bridge replacement or repairs will be made to the Bridge Street Bridge, the Philadelphia Drive Bridge, and the Rosedale Drive Bridge.
