The Official Zoning Map has been updated in conjunction with the rewriting of the Zoning Code and became effective August 1, 2006. This map is a representation of the Official Zoning Map for the use of the City of Dayton's customers and citizens. The map illustrates the various zoning district boundaries and overlay districts within the corporate limits of the city.

The grid above represents the approximate area covered by each map. The legend and descriptions of each district can be found on grid 1.
