Community Development Housing Organizations (CHDOs) are eligible to receive federal HOME funds to assist in the purchase and renovation of existing vacant units and to build new units for rent or sale to low- and moderate-income households.  For a list of current vacancies, homes for sale, and information on how you can qualify to purchase a CHDO home, contact each CHDO listed below.
