Wright-Dunbar Opportunities

The City of Dayton still has a few vacant single-family homes available for renovation and vacant lots for new construction in the Wright-Dunbar Village neighborhood.  Qualified private developers may propose one or more projects at a time to redevelop vacant structures or vacant land. The Wright-Dunbar neighborhood  features a mix of renovate and newly constructed homes with a turn-of-the-century flavor.  Homes are eligible for up to 10 years in property tax abatement on all property improvements.

You may view a map of parcels available for qualified projects here.
