The City of Dayton > Departments > Human Relations Council

The Minority Contractors Business Assistance Program (MCBAP) is a component of the Dayton Human Relations Council and is a beneficiary of the resources, expertise, and experience of the Council. MCBAP receives funding from the State of Ohio and was established in 1978.

The Dayton MCBAP provides the following services:

  • Organizational Assessment
  • Bonding Information
  • Business Plan Preparation
  • Training Sessions
  • Seminars/Conferences
  • Cost Estimating Services
  • Plan Room Services/Dodge Reports
  • Loan Packaging
