March 16, 2012: If you applied for the Firefighter Recruit examination which was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 2, 2011. The exam is now scheduled for Saturday June 16, 2012. As of March 16, 2012, you should have recieved an email or letter indicating if your application was received and accepted. If this is not the case and you intend to continue with the hiring process for Firefighter Recruit or have questions in general about your application, please contact the City of Dayton Civil Service Office at 937-333-2300.
