Strategic Programs and Safety consists of a variety of individual workgroups within the fire department. The Training and Personnel Development group manages the training center and are tasked with providing a high level of training opportunities to our crews so they maintain skills and proficiency. The MMRS-Domestic Preparedness group works directly with not only other fire departments but many local, state and federal agencies. The Community Services Group consists of plan review and building construction, code enforcement and fire investigation personnel. The Health, Wellness and Safety group assesses the many levels of work performed by our crews on emergency scenes, and strive to promote healthy lifestyles for our personnel.
