  • The "Airport Logistics Network" development site is located on the south side of the Dayton International Airport with close access to Interstates 70 and 75. Infrastructure and roadway improvements are already in place.Incentives at the Dayton International Airport include an active Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) and a Community Reinvestment Area Program (CRA) that provides up to fifteen (15) years of abatement from Ohio real property taxes.
  • The "Commerce Park" development site is strategically located alongside Terminal Drive and bordered by State Route 40. These properties are available for both aviation and "non-aviation" uses, such as upscale office, light industrial, convenience store facilities and restaurants. Airport Commerce Park has the utilities and certain infrastructure in place for ease of development.
  • The "General Aviation" site offers prime acreage along Dixie Drive, with various sites located within and adjacent to the Airport Operation Area (AOA). These properties are available for development of hangar facilities, fixed based operator businesses, and other aviation uses. Utilities and infrastructure are already available within the General Aviation site.
