The 2007 Blue Book reports the conditions of buildings in the city of Dayton.  It is based upon the findings of the Housing Inspection Division's annual citywide survey of the exterior conditions of all main residential and commercial buildings.

The Blue Book presents survey data collected for the city and for each individual priority board area, neighborhood and historic district.
