The Vacant/Nuisance Property Report provides a listing of vacant properties in the city of Dayton.  This report is updated about every six months.  The date is located on the report.

To find the owner of a property, visit the Montgomery County Auditor's website.  To obtain information about property taxes owed on a property, visit the Montgomery County Treasurer's website.  For any other information, call the City's Department of Building Services at 937-333-3977.
