IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The State of Ohio Building Codes have been updated and are being implemented on November 1, 2011. This change will affect all commercial building permit applications received on and after this date. All documents submitted for commercial permit shall conform to the new codes. The residential codes are not affected by this change.
