Each year, Mayor Rhine McLin conducts several "Mayor's Walks" in neighborhoods throughout the city of Dayton.

Mayor McLin is joined by various City staff who walk the neighborhood to meet with residents and talk about issues affecting the community.  The one-on-one interaction helps residents communicate directly with the Mayor and City Hall.

During 2008, Mayor McLin will conduct 11 neighborhood walks. Walks occur on Monday or Tuesday evenings, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The month of September will be used for any rain-outs.

• Monday, April 21 – Miami Chapel
• Monday, May 5 – Jane Reece
• Tuesday, May 6 – Residence Park
• Monday, May 12 – Patterson Park
• Monday, May 19 – Hillview
• Monday, June 2 – Wesleyan Hill
• Monday, June 16 – Deweese-Ridgecrest
• Tuesday, June 17 – Arlington Heights
• Monday, June 30 – Dayton View Triangle
